Leading Property Management Team

        Catherine Worlds is originally from Clayton, NC. She is known as “Cat” around the office which highlights her upbeat personality. For a time Cat lived in Wilmington NC while earning her degree in Sociology at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. To pay for tuition during that time, Cat worked in the service industry where she honed her skills for offering top notch customer service. Communication and multi tasking were a critical part of working to her peak potential. Combining her work experience with a degree focused on understanding people, Cat is uniquely qualified to help bring landlords top notch results when dealing with contractors and tenants. Add to that her high energy outgoing personality and accomplishments are never in short supply.  She is the newest member of the Victory Real Estate family and is quickly learning the VRE philosophy.

        Much of her spare time is still spent on a second job while she saves to buy her own house.  She can also be found enjoying live music of all types, or spending time with friends and family. She enjoys trying new things and meeting new people, which is already her favorite part of the job here at Victory. She is also a huge animal lover and cannot stand being away from her dog Zoey for too long.While Raleigh is her new home, she still makes time for the occasional get-a-way to the coast she adores. Cat has already proven herself a wonderful new asset to the Movezen Property Management Team. We look forward to seeing all she will bring to our office with her contagious energy and eager spirit.
