Kathleen is originally from Kinston, NC and attended the College of Charleston in South Carolina to
pursue a degree in Communications and Studio Art. She then moved to Asheville, NC, and quickly
discovered a love for hospitality and tourism. Originally starting as a server at a well-established
restaurant, she quickly worked her way up to General Manager, followed by Social Media Coordinator of
a hospitality group featuring 12 restaurants. Her various experience in hospitality and customer service
has helped her gain excellent skills in people management, problem-solving, and interpersonal
communications. When the opportunity arose for Kathleen and her husband to move to Wilmington, NC
they couldn’t refuse. She enjoys painting, playing fetch on the beach with her dog, Mia, cooking new and
exciting recipes at home, and spending time with her big family. She is very excited to begin her real
estate career close to where her family roots began and hopes to have a blossoming career with Victory
Real Estate.
