Doug is a North Carolina native who loves living in the Triangle area. He grew up in Statesville, NC, and has lived and worked in various parts of the Triangle, giving him the opportunity to experience the unique character of its different communities. Doug has witnessed the growth of the Triangle firsthand and has seen it repeatedly recognized as one of the best places to live.

He became a property manager to help guide his clients toward success with their investments, ensuring their properties are protected and profitable. Doug retired from Duke University, where he worked in an IT-related field, and chose to pursue property management after he and his wife owned and self-managed rental properties for about ten years. Having experienced the challenges of managing properties firsthand, he understands the importance of listening to owners and providing guidance to help them maximize their investments.
